What areas do you cover?

We cover most areas within the M25. What services do you provide? The London cleaners provides the following cleaning services:

  • Domestic cleaning
  • Spring clean
  • End of tenancy cleaning

Are your cleaners insured?

Yes, all of our cleaners are covered by our comprehensive public liability insurance.

Do I have to sign a minimum term contract?

There is no minimum term contract for using our services.

Are there any agency fees or other charges on top of your rates?

No. We do not charge a monthly/yearly fee, agency fee or commission. There are no hidden costs or charges. Our service is charged per hour or at a fixed price per property.

Do you guarantee your services?

Yes. We promise that if you are not satisfied with the result from a job then we will continue to clean until your are happy or we will arrange to come back and re-do the clean absolutely free of charge. In order to resolve any issues related to poor quality service, we need to receive feedback as soon as any problems occur and no later than 24 hours.

How do you ensure reliability and honesty?

By checking all the references provided by the cleaner. By providing extensive training making sure that all of our quality standards are being met.

Will I have the same cleaner every week?

You will have the same house cleaner looking after your home on every cleaning visit. We will not replace your cleaner unless you request the change yourself. Only if your regular domestic cleaner goes away for a week or two we will contact you with regards to providing a replacement.

Can my cleaner come when I am at work?

Yes, of course. You can leave a set of keys to our cleaner. You don’t have to wait for the cleaner every time she comes.

Do you provide replacement if my cleaner goes on a holiday?

Yes. We guarantee you a replacement cleaner who will continue the regular cleaning service at your home.

Can I have a regular cleaner once a month?

Yes. You can have a regular cleaner once a month but we will not guarantee the same cleaner every month.

Is there a minimum number of hours per cleaning visit for contact cleaner?

Yes. You need to book at least 3 hours per cleaning visit.

I am moving out. Can I have the same cleaner at the new place?

We will endeavour not to change your cleaner if you are moving home. This, of course, depends on the area you are moving to.

Do I have to pay anything when I go away for a couple of weeks?

No. You don’t pay a penny. You only pay when you use our cleaning service.

Do you work on Public and Bank holidays?

Yes, we do. Jobs booked to be carried out on Public and Bank holidays will not cost extra.

Are there any extra charges I have to pay – transport, holiday?

There are no extra charges like transport, holiday pay etc. What you use is what you pay for and that is the rate for the cleaning service you have booked.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by cash, debit/credit card, cheque, BACS.
